ABOUT ✺
I have always been the type of person who wants to help those I meet. It has come natural for me to work hands on with patients and listen to their needs. However, it has been a journey to land in being so grounded in what I do. I started out completing my Bachelor in Kinesiology before moving forward into the Osteopathy program at the Canadian College of Osteopathy. While in school for Osteopathy I layered on schooling to obtain my Registered Massage Therapy Diploma. I finally completed my research thesis to fully graduate with my DOMP and D.Sc.O in Osteopathy as of November 2020.

Through my many years of schooling I have become an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner that I am proud of with plenty of room for learning and improving ahead! What I have come to love about my career is that I get to witness patients grow and learn through vulnerability. Helping teach patients to be aware of their body is one of the most rewarding apects.

In my practice I use cranial-sacral therapy, gentle fascial techniques, joint mobilization and visceral manipulation. I am always here to listen and make suggestion for selfcare you can do at home. Personally, my selfcare consists of water, meditation, yoga, soccer, nature hikes and enjoying food with friends and family.
